The following are only the support groups that have put up web sites. Most have not. If you are looking for a group in your local area you will need to visit the web sites of each of the national groups to see what they have: CSA and CDF and GIG.

Natl: CSA/USA, Inc., the largest celiac sprue organization in the US has chapters all over. It now has an extensive collection of excellent articles. See their Library Series and Celiac Camp.
Natl: The Celiac Disease Foundation is based in LA with chapters elsewhere.
Natl: The Gluten Intolerance Group of North America is based in Seattle with chapters elsewhere.

Calgary Chapter of the Canadian Celiac Association.
The Edmonton Chapter of the CCA has very detailed information on the chapter and its activities.
Hamilton Chapter of the Canadian Celiac Association.
Fondation Québécoise de la Maladie Coeliaque.

Österreichische Arbeitsgemeinschaft Zöliakie is in Austria.
Vlaamse Coeliakie Vereniging is in Belgium. The site is mostly in Dutch.
Société Belge de la Coeliaquie is in Belgium. This one is the Flemish one.
Hrvatsko drustvo za celijakiju is in Croatia.

Romania Coeliac Disease + DH has information for travelers. Points out that celiac disease is as good as unknown in the Romanian population.
Saint-Petersburg Coeliac Society is in Russia.

The Swedish Coeliac Society is mostly in Swedish but if you click "In English" you'll get information in English with information if you plan to visit Sweden.
